Glad you could stop by! It’s nice meeting new people. It’s always awesome to participate in the current conversations going on, and acknowledging others, so people don’t get confused. See you around! Cait Hagar

Hello Kayla,
It is always great to meet new people. Ok, some new people are not so great! LOL! I'm glad to see that your mom is working with you online. If Ryan is your brother then you will have a busy mom! It's great that you are learning to blog. I say learning because it seems to be a never ending lesson. Hope you are having a super summer way up in the North East! Steve, Of course we were right on top of your blog post! That is our job! LOL! I will have to remember to get keywords from Julie & Brett so, we can start popping theirs also. Thanks for filling in a 'bad' word for me on my one FriendFeed post. I did not want to post what I actually thought! "Think of the homeschoolers Ed"! ![]() Now, that you 2 have made a video, Brad is on us (Cait & I about doing one - Thanks! That would mean I would have to get real clothes on & try to tame my hair down (my hair would require a wide screen). Ok, ya'all have a super day & yell if ya' need anything! Sheryl Loch

Hi Alexander,
Stephen and I were on earlier - we read your post, but it was getting to be past his bedtime. So, I told him I'd write to you later. Thanks for stopping by our thread - the "TagCloud" tip - that's a real nugget. We're looking forward to getting started - keep in touch - and thanks for your encouraging words for Stephen. He's a little leader in the making...

Hey guys...
Fresh meat here, just joined the 30CH a few hours ago. My name is JIM, also known throughout the web as ElementalUnity or Elements for short. I am from PA, USA (Eastern Standard) and I saw this awesome thread and wanted to see if you guys were still looking for teammates? Here is some stuff about me... I am a 26 year old chef, that fell in love with a book called Multiple Streams of Income (if you haven't read it, I highly suggest it). After I read that book I quickly started up my personal development education. The next book was Think and Grow Rich (another person suggested this, and I put this book as my numero uno recommended book), followed that up with almost all of Robert Kiwayski's Rich Dad Poor Dad books. Now it was these books that got me into my first online venture Network Marketing, a few months ago. I am doing good with it, but to be great at it I found out you need internet marketing skills as well as real life marketing skills. So with that I decided to go back to school this fall and dual major in entrenpreneurship (sp?) and business administration with a concentration in marketing. And on top of that I also start online classes for a bach. degree in internet marketing. Now I have bought many "guru" books and products from great marketers like Eban Pagan, John Reese, Mike Dillard, Ann Seig and many others. It was John Reese's mailing list that sent me to this very site. It sounds like this is a very diverse set of people, with all different skills and at different levels in their life, that I would love to join. So if you have room for one more, I would be grateful. Thanks --Jim ElementalUnity |

Hi Jim,
Welcome - Technically, we have 6 people in our core group. Steve (myself) & Stephen (my son) Sheryl & Cait (mother and daughter) Julie Brett Obviously, there are others who've popped into this thread. Heather Alexander Kayla I hope I didn't miss anyone - if I did, chalk it up to a bad memory... This forum allows a lot of flexibility for networking and connecting with like-minded people. Anytime we can network like that is a good thing - and we certainly welcome anyone to drop in and express interest in our team and being able to participate. We have been doing a weekly Skype call at GMT-7 on Saturday. For us on the west coast of the US, that's 9AM Saturday morning - on the East coast that would be noon. Sometimes we talk about the training, sometimes we come up with ideas or bounce ideas off each other - sometimes we just have fun and laugh at each others funny stories...or blog headlines. I was late for today's call due to a computer issue - they were able to Skype without me and add me in once I was back up and running. If you'd like to be a part of our next call, just let us know - we'll get you the details. If you need help catching up - or have questions about the preseason training or anything else, let us know. Twitter me "@SteveH2008" it's a simple way to get in touch or ask a quick question.... And, take a look at our Friendfeed links - there's some good stuff in there...

Hi Guys! I'm Kayla's Mom.
I've chatted with a few of you via Twitter or Facebook or blog comments. Anyway, I'm doing the 30 DC with my kids and a couple more, and we're just kind of winging it. Didn't really have any idea how the team thing was supposed to work, but love the idea of meeting new friends sharing a common purpose. And, I especially love seeing families exploring the wired world together. Way to go! For me, it's almost impossible to connect via Skype. I'm more of a written word kind of person, and anytime I get on the phone, it's a signal to the world that they need me that very moment for something crucial. Right?! So, we now have a Meebo room for the Digital Natives (any Teens, Tweens, or Families doing the 30 Day Challenge.) But, that's mostly for the kids. I'm not strong on IM'ing. We also have a Digital Natives FriendFeed Room where we're sharing our 30DC related stuff, but also any ideas or information that would be helpful to the Digital Native group (anybody born since the wide-spread use of the Internet.) You're all quite welcome to join us on the FriendFeed or Meebo room! The more the merrier. Now back to waiting for Market Samurai to do its thing. Kayla is doing a keyword search on Star Wars. It's a little big, and taking way too much time!
