Looking for a team in Japan!

Hello, I'm and Native English speaker, but i Also speak Russian, Hebrew, and Ukrainian, but not Japanese.. yet!

* I own a web design company and can design + I can program like mad
* I have my own list auto-responder and sign up form which my team members can use for free!
* I was formally trained in Visual Design, and informally in programming and database.
* I peeked into the previous challenges, but haven't participated fully.
* My brother is 2nd year a Marketing Student, He will be joining the team shortly.

I would be very happy to get a couple of team members to join my effort in taking over the world

I wouldn't mind getting team members that around the same timezone as japan, and I would love to work with some Ausies due to a cool skype accent.

I have been working in Japan back in 2002 - 2003 ... for almost a year because my former employer sent me overthere...

Stayed in Hiroshima ... yet I am quite familiar with Hiroshima
