Let me present myself - I am Eloisa's dad - (53) - I feel confident with technical matters - I can't brag about any internet achievement - but I am sure I can find any answer that is needed.

Between the two of us Eloisa is the SOUL, the FIRE and I am the BRAIN, the HOW DO YOU DO IT man. She is PUSHING and I am being PUSHED!

I think this team is going to be a THE KIDS RULE HERE TEAM! That's OK with me - I am here to help.

Dear Sandra,
I was sooooooooooo pleased to see your posting re. the long videos and Ed being the genius that he is. I'm not a kid. I'm at the other end of the spectrum - a silver surfer - but I needed your explanation on what to download. I want to say a 'big' thank you, but the tools up top don't seem to work as one would expect. So I'll just say it. Thank You.

Double thank you. I thought I had completed preseason and was about to start the lessons, but didn't feel at all prepared. I took a day off to try to figure out how all these programs work, and thank goodness I came across your post in the forum. I too have been watching the wrong videos. I thought the buttons on the right were just if you wanted to download to hard drive. Now I see how stupid I was. You are my saviour. I checked out the 'correct' lessons, and wow; much clearer vision (even on full screen), better sync, more focussed in content, and they cover what they're supposed to cover in less time. I now have to go back to square one and start over, but hey, it's worth it. You, dear lady, are a true diamond.
