I'm a Project Manager by trade so being on multiple projects with multiple team members is nothing new to me.

and no i havent surfed yet, but my wife has. I am an old skateboarder though, so i am eager to get on the waves.

Sounds great Pierce. Let's all get set up on Skype (Skype.com) and have a group call on Tuesday, 7/24/07 at 6 pm.

Question for you Pierce or Pat: for this Skype call to work does 1 person initiate the call and then add the other people to the call by clicking on the "Add" icon in "Contacts"? Which means, do we just wait to hear from one of you just after 6 pm on Tuesday? Please explain.
