Default Well I made a sale, but a fishing trip would have been cheaper;)

I picked a topic that I know a good bit about, but it was off-season, being that I was marketing exclusively to North America. I used an adwords credit that I got with my hosting deal, (blueplanet is great). The earning share/commision on the product was pretty low, and the sale page for the product was not the greatest. I stacked all of these things up on purpose, just to see if with all of these potential setbacks and problems the product had going against it, would it still make a sale.

I am still hopeful, and I have invested in Market Samurai, and 30dc Plus. I know I still have some to learn. I was in the business 10 years ago when lycos and altavista were the big dogs, traffic was really easy, and I had days where I really did make thousands in a day. I made some good money then, but the business was wild and very unpredictable.

I see everything is allot different now, traffic is really hard. I am willing to put in the work, I am concerned though, with all of the changes that google is doing, and I'm still not sure about web 2.0, I miss my html. All I want is to build a decent business; something that I can tweak and adjust as I go along and make a decent living from.

I don't know if it's cool but the url to my 30dc site is:

If anyone has a chance to check it out, I welcome constructive comments.

My hat is off to Ed and the whole team for having the courage to put it all out there, it certainly built allot of goodwill and faith with me, as well as real hope for developing a sustainable business that I can operate from anywhere.

Ok, and you have your answer. Why are you still wasting your time on it when you could be setting up a site that has everything stacked in it's favor?
