Default My head hurts

I'm looking for a new niche and I've looked at LOADS. It must've easily been 100 niches today that fit the criteria, but then when I look on the SEO competition Matrix thingymebob, there's always loads of reds.

What part of the matrix bit is always gonna be red/ok if it's red?

I think Ed said somewhere that the domain links are usually red. Other than that - red = bad.

I forget the exact column title. Its the number of pages linking to the domain on which the site in question is located. So big sites like eBay or Amazon are always going to have an immense quantity of those. Ed said that was one big reason why sites like those rank so well.

As Guru bob said in one of the videos, they are going to move "domain links" to the supplemental area of competition as it isn't as relavent. I think the age might be an issue if it's over 5, but oherwise not really, even then, if there on page seo isn't there, you may be able to kill em. Watch for more training though.
