Great Experience with Wordpress Direct Support

Hi Guys,

Just wanted to pass on my experience of the guys at WPD.

I have had trouble installing my blog theme and in both instances put in a support ticket and the response from WPD has been less than a couple of hours each time which i think is pretty good considering how many questions they must be getting.

The answers are also clear and the instructions easy to understand.

If anyone else has any experience of support from WPD (Good or Bad) then post it here.

I for one think this is a great timesaver.

Exactly Richard.

WPD is all about leveraging your time. Plain and simple.

From running a pretty successful offline business, I've learned the hard way that your time is best spent working on the business and not in it. Alot of folks in the forum have been griping that they can do all of this themselves. That's true, but it's probably not the best use of their time in the long run. Just like in my "real" life I could type all of my dictations, it makes more sense to pay a transcriptionist and have me seeing clients (and making money). Bootstrapping is a great strategy to start a business, but it won't take you all the way.

I know this is a little off of topic, but I think people are overly enthusiastic about bashing WPD and missing the big picture of how this service fits into a profitable online business.
