Default Manchester Seminar Location

Can anyone please PM me if you know where it's going to be - I paid ages ago, but I really need to sort travel and accommodation now as I'm going to be on the road for a while beforehand.

Many thanks! Pen

I've just PM'd you but thought I'd share here as well for any others with the same question (hey, it's not like a state secret or anything!).

The seminar is at the Spinningfield complex on Deansgate, if you do a google search for "Spinningfields Manchester" you should get it.

Cheers,
Jon.

Lightbulb All 4 One 1 for All

Hi bizzy bizzy folks - anyone got a good hotel right where this "coming home workshop" will be held - I was thinking it would be a great idea if we all stayed in the same hotel or as near as possible - maybe one of the organizes could get a good deal on the rooms if we booked in bulk - I got an email from admin; saying we would receive an email when the venue was booked but its not showed up yet? - I'm thinking we need to move on this as we might get a better deal if we book before the end of this month Sunday being the deadline... so to speak I was about to book this one - anyone got a better deal than this - I don't like this kinda hotel so I would appreciate a little help here someone in the no! please

Hi All,
I have booked into the Premier Inn at Deansgate locks, which is right at the bottom of the sliproad from Mancunian way, also they have all day parking (included), the cost was £60.00 per night but the reviews read sooo much better than the Travelodge ones, also it is either a 10 minute walk to the venue or a short bus or taxi ride ( not that i've ever been there but I spent some time on Google maps working things out),

looking forward to meeting all you like minded folks and being educated by the internet superstars that are the 30DC team.

Cheers until then
Phil

Lightbulb 1st Floor, 1 The Avenue, Spinningfields, Manchester M3 3AP

I have duplicated this post to this thread so nobody will miss the details ;-)Bambi

Good news, we have finally resolved the venue details for the 'Coming Home'
Seminar to be held in Manchester from the 27th to 29th November 2009.

The event will be held here:

1st Floor, 1 The Avenue,
Spinningfields
Manchester M3 3AP
United Kingdom

Expect the seminar to start at 9 am each day and finishing between 5 - 6 pm except on Friday evening when we will probably hold an evening session. We should finish by 6 pm on Sunday 29th November for those wishing to arrange travel to leave on the Sunday.

As far as accommodation is concerned, I have attached below a list of Hotels in the general Deansgate area near to the seminar location.

Looking forward to seeing you all in late November in Manchester.

Speak soon,

Ed

PS: F.A.O Isha - I've sorted a map so we know the easy peasy 13 Minutes walking route from the hotel to the venue; How is Google Maps;

I'm booked in to the Premier Inn too - close by and not too costly....

Great. I've added the location to the 30dc Google map, and also created a new map for ComingHome Seminar locations. Anyone may invite others, and anyone may edit.
