Transfer ownership of ebay store?

Anybody know how I go about transferring ownership of an existing ebay store? The store has generated >10,000 positive feedback's and produces a nice 5-6 figure income. Now the time has come to transfer ownership and I want to accomplish that without closing the store.

Any ideas?
