Day 13 - Today looks at two more Web 2.0 sites, specifically the free blogging platforms Wordpress.com and Blogger. We show you the correct way to use them, which is to always create great quality content that people will be interested to read, and how to optimize the blogs for best effect.

Michelle introduces Wordpress.com and outlines the differences between it and your own hosted Wordpress Direct blog. Michelle takes you through the signup process, including optimizing your blog domain and title. Michelle also covers setting up the blog for publication by creating your first post, which will be another theme keyword optimized article to ready for publication, and making some changes to your blog once it's live to optimize it further.

Caro introduces you to Google's free blogging platform Blogger. Caro takes you through the signup process for Blogger, and gives an overview of what information the Dashboard for Blogger contains, including your profile. Caro then takes you through a very similar process to Wordpress.com in creating your blog title, blog URL, and creating your first blog post using another unique article. As with Wordpress.com, Caro demostrates how to optimize your article and blog for your theme keyword.
